Uniform Standard

   Steel Jaguar members are expected to wear their uniform in front of their callsign in the following venues:

• In game
• In any IRC channel other than #smokejaguar that has anything to do with the division the member is a part of
• If a guest on another team's voice communications venue

   If possible, the tag shall read +SJR+. In some games, this is not possible, and in most cases shall instead read [SJR].

   We do not currently endorse rank as part of the uniform (for example, a tag to indicate Recruit status). This is to encourage a sense of equality and camaraderie among members.
   
   The uniform represents and promotes the team, which is why it is expected to be worn with pride.  SJR members, since you are already behaving according to the Standard of Honor, you should have nothing to hide by removing your tags.  It is acceptable to remove your uniform for a reason such as anonymous practice in open servers but shall under no circumstances be taken as a license to behave in a way that is not in accord with the Standard of Honor.
