Ranks

Ranks

 Ranks
Steel Jaguar ranks are not to be considered a mark of personal superiority or bragging rights.  None of the ranks are decided by "Trials" of combat and are all to be gained through personal merit alone.  All officer ranks carry with them administrative responsibilities, and those with rank are expected to keep up with their duties and obligations in order to keep their ranks.  If a Member wishes to be promoted to an Officer rank, he or she must apply for a position as they become available.

The Leadership

Leaders
  • SJR assigns two Leader ranks rather than delineating between a CO and XO
  • Two COs work in tandem to keep the team structured and operating smoothly.
  • The COs alone handle donation money to efficiently and effectively fund SJR's operations.
  • The COs perform tasks such as drop command, recruitment, or assign those tasks to appropriate officers.
Executive Officers
  • SJR's XOs operate as assistants to the COs.
  • Sharing in managerial duties, the XOs help to maintain things such as servers, websites, and other master accounts.
  • The XOs will stand in for the COs if they are absent, and can officiate any of the same duties as the COs except for handling the donations account.
Officers

Officers are assigned duties as needed, including things such as practice tracking, practice management and recruitment as pertaining to a specific division.

The officer ranks are (from greatest seniority to lowest):

  •    Division Manager
  •    Practice Manager
  •    Recruitment Officer
Normal Ranks

   Member

  • Steel Jaguar Members are expected to meet their cluster practice requirements.
  • Members of the Reserve Division cannot exceed Member rank.
  • If a Member of a competitive division goes on extended leave or goes missing, he or she will be temporarily placed in the Reserve Division until return and re-evaluation of his/her position.
    Recruit

  • Recruits of Steel Jaguar are members undergoing their two-week evaluation period.
  • At the end of the two-week evaluation period, provided all requirements are met, the Recruit will be promoted to full Member of the Division he or she applied to.
